"The most exciting part of my job is finding the right home for my client. It's really not a job because it's fun and challenging. It begins when I meet the client for the first time and get to know them, their likes and dislikes- then the fun starts- finding out what is important and not so important. I actually feel like I am the one buying the home and at the end of the day I'm as tired as they are. But I know, after a good night's sleep, most people will have sorted out all of the overload of information and have a much clearer idea of what they want. The next step is deciding on the home and then I really have to get to work to make sure it closes because there are a lot of pitfalls along the way and you need a strong agent to get the sale closed." |
